SUTAIYO Co-Establishes a Fund to Expand Access to Treatment for Liver Cancer Patients

Some liver cancer patients still have treatment options that may help control the disease, slow its progression, extend survival, and improve quality of life.

However, certain treatments, particularly Targeted Therapy and Immunotherapy, can be costly, creating a significant barrier for some patients in accessing appropriate care.

For this reason, SUTAIYO and Assoc. Prof. Watcharasak Chotiyaputta of Siriraj Hospital have jointly established a fund to support liver cancer patients, particularly those facing financial limitations. The fund aims to help ease the financial burden and improve access to necessary medicines and treatment.

This year, SUTAIYO contributed an additional THB 400,000 to the fund. Over the years, SUTAIYO and its management have contributed more than THB 2 million in total to this fund and other initiatives supporting cancer patients.

At SUTAIYO, we believe that business growth should go hand in hand with contributing to the society we are part of, in whatever ways we can.

What we do may be only a small part, but if it can help even some patients gain access to treatment, enjoy a better quality of life, spend more time with the people they love, and hold on to hope through difficult times, it is deeply meaningful to us.

SUTAIYO would like to express our sincere gratitude to Assoc. Prof. Watcharasak Chotiyaputta and the entire team at Siriraj Hospital for their compassion, dedication, and continued care for patients, as well as for working together to help this fund extend treatment opportunities to those in need.

Because sometimes, “access to treatment” can mean a better quality of life, hope that remains, and more precious time for patients and their families.
